About this director packaging gift
Packaging directors spend their days deciding how a product looks on a shelf, which means they're usually the ones who notice the details everyone else misses: the box that doesn't fit the tray, the color that reads differently under store lights, the timeline that slipped two weeks. A gift for them should feel like it respects that eye. A mug they'll see every morning in a meeting, a hoodie for the cold trips to the converter or the printer, a tee for the weekend when they're finally not thinking about dielines. Adding their title on a second line makes it theirs and gives it a little wit that suits someone who lives in the space between design and production. If you're buying for a whole packaging team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with everyone's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say you know how much the group carries together.
All director packaging gifts →- A mug for the design reviewAn 11oz mug with their title gets used every morning, including during the long review calls where the mockups get picked apart.
- A hoodie for plant visitsFactory floors and print shops run cold, so a hoodie with their title is practical as well as personal.
- Matching shirts for the packaging teamUse the Team Shop to paste the team's names and choose sizes, so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
- A tee with a note of humorAdd a second line that jokes about their favorite dieline or their most-used phrase to make the shirt feel like an inside joke.
