About this environmental educator gift
Environmental educators spend their days outdoors and in classrooms, leading nature walks, running water-quality tests with students, and explaining why the creek matters to people who have never looked at it closely. They often work on modest budgets and in weather that doesn't cooperate, so the gifts they keep tend to be practical and a little bit proud. A soft tee for the field day, a hoodie for the chilly early-morning program, a mug for the cup of coffee before the bus arrives. Putting their word on the piece tells them you know what their job actually is, not just that they work with kids or in parks. You can add a second line for their site, their program or the year they started, which turns a generic shirt into something that belongs to their particular corner of the work. Many of them are also gift-givers to their students, so a kids tee or a baby onesie for a little one in their life can be a nice touch too.
All environmental educator gifts →- A tee for field daysA light or dark tee with environmental educator on the front and their site or program name underneath is ideal for outdoor programs.
- A hoodie for early morningsMany educators start before sunrise to set up, so a warm hoodie with their title earns its keep.
- A mug for the prep roomAn 11oz mug gives them a daily reminder of the work, and it's hard to lose in a shared staff kitchen.
- Kids tees for their studentsIf the educator has a little one of their own, a kids tee in the same design makes a fun matching gift.
