About this equipment manager gift
Equipment managers keep a team running behind the scenes. They're up before the players, checking gear, counting jerseys, repairing pads and loading the truck for away games, and most fans never learn their name. A gift that makes them visible is a good one. A tee or hoodie with equipment manager printed on it tells them their work is noticed, and adding the team or the program name in the second line makes it theirs. Many equipment managers wear the same few shirts all season, so a dark tee that holds up to laundry and sideline dirt is practical as well as meaningful. For a long-serving manager, a mug with their name is the coffee-cup reminder that someone appreciates the early mornings. Put their name in the design and it becomes a keepsake, not just another shirt.
