About this forkland gift
Forkland is the kind of place name that tells a story to people who grew up there, and it gets a knowing look from anyone who didn't. A Forkland shirt is for the person who still calls it home, whether they live there now or moved away years ago and miss it. Town pride is often quiet, and a shirt or mug with the name on it gives it a place to show up at the grocery store, on a road trip or at a reunion. Because I don't know much about Forkland itself, the best detail to work from is the person: where they went to school, which streets they walked, what they still miss about it. Add a year, a street, or a second line that means something to them, and the design becomes a small piece of their own history. For someone who has moved away, a Forkland mug on the kitchen counter is often the first thing they reach for.
