About this fort supply gift
Fort Supply is a small town in northwest Oklahoma, and the people who grew up there tend to hold onto it. A shirt with the town name is how someone who left for college or a job in Oklahoma City or Texas shows where they're from, and how a family visiting for a reunion announces it at the grocery store. Small towns make good gifts because the name carries weight: a graduate heading off, a retiree who never left, a cousin coming home for the holidays. You can keep the design simple with just the town name, or add a line underneath with a graduation year, a family name or the years they lived there. Those details turn a souvenir into something that belongs to one person. A hoodie suits a cold-weather drive home, and a mug suits the kitchen table of someone who misses the place.
