About this gi tech gift
A GI tech, or gastrointestinal technologist, spends the day running endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures, often on their feet in a procedure room or at a scope cart while the rest of the team moves around them. They're the person who keeps patients comfortable and makes sure the equipment and the scope are ready when the doctor walks in. Most of them work long days with early starts, so the gifts they hold onto are the practical ones: a soft tee for a shift that runs long, a hoodie for the chilly endo suite, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear from the staff break room. What lands best is the detail that shows you know the job. Use the word GI Tech as it is, or add their credential if they hold one, and name the department or the hospital unit they work in on the second line. The text box updates as you type, so you can check the spacing before you order.
