About this lean consultant gift
Lean consultants usually spend their days inside other people's operations: walking the floor with a clipboard, mapping value streams, and trying to get a team to trust a process they didn't design. It's demanding work, and the gifts that land tend to be practical ones that acknowledge the craft behind it. A good tee for the client site or a hoodie for early mornings at a plant gives them something they'll actually reach for. Make it theirs by adding their name and the word consultant, or a second line that names their practice or the Lean method they live by. If you're shopping for a whole improvement team after a successful project, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nicer thank-you than another team lunch. The preview lets you check how the lines sit before you order, which helps when the second line is longer than you planned.
