About this loader unloader gift
A loader unloader spends the shift moving freight, often in a trailer or dock where the temperature swings from sweltering to freezing and the work doesn't stop for weather. They know their way around a pallet jack and a pallet of boxes, and they know the satisfaction of a truck emptied before the next one pulls in. The gifts they keep are the ones that respect the physical side of the job: a soft tee for the ride home after a double, a hoodie for the cold dock in winter, a mug for the break they earned. Put the words loader unloader on the front so it's clear what they do, and add their name or their crew underneath to make it personal. For a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better way to say thanks than another box of donuts.
