About this mahwah gift
Mahwah is a small borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, and the people who live there tend to hold on to it. Some grew up in the schools, some moved in for the quiet streets and the commute, and plenty of them have been away long enough to miss the local diner. A Mahwah shirt works for the everyday, like a Saturday errand or a walk around the reservoir, and it also works as a homecoming gift for someone who left and came back. For a family with kids, the kids tee and baby onesie let the next generation wear the town name too. A mug is the easy pick for the one who has lived there longest and still says the town name like it means something. Add a street, a year they moved in or a school name on the second line if you know it, and the shirt stops being a souvenir and starts being theirs.
