About this manager dairy gift
A dairy manager usually works early, often before the sun is up, keeping the cooler stocked, the schedules tight and the crew moving through milk, cheese and yogurt runs. The recognition they actually keep is the kind that acknowledges that early start. A soft tee they can wear on a day off, a hoodie for the chilly walk-in side of things, or a mug they can claim during the first coffee before the rush begins. Adding the name of the store or the dairy department, or a year they started, turns a generic job shirt into one that's theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another batch of sandwiches. Print one for yourself too, and you'll both have the same joke by lunch.
