About this reisterstown gift
Reisterstown is a small town in Baltimore County, Maryland, and the people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it, whether they still live down the road or have moved across the country. A Reisterstown shirt is how they claim the place: for a homecoming weekend, a family reunion, or a visit back to see the folks. Small-town pride shows up in simple things, so a plain tee with the town name and a second line for a street, a family name or a graduating class year often means more than a fancy design would. For the transplant who misses home, a mug on the morning coffee counter is a daily reminder of where they're from. Since a place name can be a little unfamiliar to shoppers outside Maryland, a quick check of how the town is spelled and what people there call it helps you pick the right line for the gift.
