About this risk lead gift
A risk lead spends a lot of the day telling people things they'd rather not hear, like where the exposure is, which control failed and what it will cost to fix. The work is careful and often thankless, and a gift for them should acknowledge that it's real work. A tee they can wear to a client site or a hoodie for the early morning commute to the office will get used. A mug that's clearly theirs is the one that survives the shared kitchen. What makes a gift land is the detail that shows you know what their role involves. Put risk lead on the front and add their team, business unit or region on the second line so it reads as their job and not a slogan. If you're buying for a whole risk group, one design with each person's name on their own shirt works better than a generic card.
