About this skykomish gift
Skykomish is a small town in the Cascade foothills of Washington, on the Skykomish River, where the highway runs along the water and winters are long and wet. Many people who live there are proud of how small and quiet it is, and a shirt with the town name is a way of saying where they're from without a long explanation. The people who leave often miss it most in the rain, which makes a Skykomish mug or hoodie a good gift for someone who moved away for school or work. For a family visiting or grandkids who've never lived there, a kids tee or baby onesie carries the name forward. You can personalize the design with a second line, such as a street, a year, or a family name, so the shirt feels like it belongs to the person wearing it.
