About this slitter gift
A slitter works the line at a mill or converting plant, running wide rolls of paper, film, foil or steel through blades that cut them into narrower rolls to spec. The job means long shifts near loud machinery, careful checks on width and tension, and a lot of standing by the reel stand. Many slitter operators learn the work on the floor, so the people they work beside know what a good run looks like. A gift that acknowledges the craft lands well: a tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold corners of the plant, or a mug for the break room where the coffee goes fast. Type slitter on the design, and add the material they cut or their shift if you know it. That small detail turns a generic work shirt into one that fits the person wearing it.
