About this technology lead gift
A technology lead usually sits between the engineers writing the code and the people who need it shipped, so their days are part architecture, part triage and part keeping everyone talking to each other. They tend to be the one reviewing pull requests late, running the sprint planning meeting and getting pulled into the outage at the worst hour. A gift that acknowledges that mix lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title says they've earned it, and adding their team name or the product they lead makes it theirs rather than generic office swag. An 11oz mug fits the desk that's always holding a cold coffee during standup. If you're buying for the whole team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which works well for a launch week or a project that wrapped up. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a team, a product or a year to make the gift specific to their work.
