About this teller manager gift
A bank teller manager runs the branch floor: staffing the tellers, balancing the drawers at close, handling the customer who's upset about a hold, and making sure the vault paperwork is right before anyone goes home. It's a job that sits between the front line and the back office, and the people who do it often carry the stress of both. A gift that shows you noticed the actual work lands better than a generic office tee. Put their title on a shirt for the days they wear a blazer to the branch, or on a hoodie for the early openings and late closings. A mug with their name is useful at a desk that's always busy, and it's the kind of thing that stays on the counter. Bank managers also tend to move between branches, so a mug or tee that's theirs, not the bank's, travels with them. If you're buying for a whole branch team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a nice thank-you at the end of a busy season.
