About this web director gift
A web director usually sits between the design team, the developers and the people who answer for the site's results, which means their week is a steady run of meetings, deadlines and small fires. They often spend long hours at a desk or in a video call, so the gifts they reach for are the ones that make that time feel a little more like theirs. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold office, a mug for the first coffee of a long planning day. Put their title on it and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes a joke only the team gets. Add their name or the year they took the role if you want it more personal. Many of these people also keep a running list of tools and launches in their head, so a shirt with the role on it tends to start the conversation about the next site relaunch.
