About this custodian gift
Custodians are up before most of the building, mopping floors, emptying bins and fixing whatever broke overnight, and the people they keep things running for rarely say thank you. A gift that shows you noticed the work tends to land well. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly mornings before the heat kicks on, or a mug for the break room where the coffee is always going cold. Put their name on it, or the building or school they look after, so it's clearly theirs and not a generic work shirt. Custodians often wear the same gear every day, so a soft, well-fitting piece they'd actually reach for is worth more than something flashy. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than a card passed around the staff room.
All custodian gifts →- A tee for the shiftAdd their name or the building they look after in the second line. Dark tees hide the wear that comes with the job.
- A hoodie for early morningsCold starts and cold hallways make a hoodie something they'll use every day before the building warms up.
- A mug for the break roomAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the coffee from getting mixed up with the rest of the staff's.
- Matching shirts for the crewPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the crew's names, and each person gets their own shirt in their size.
