About this field trainer gift
A field trainer spends their days out on the floor, showing someone new how the job really gets done. Whether they work in manufacturing, hospitality, sales, healthcare or the trades, the role usually means early starts, a lot of walking, and patience for the person learning beside them. A gift that reflects that work lands well: a tee for the job site, a hoodie for cold early shifts, or a mug for the coffee they drink while planning the next training day. The most meaningful choice is one that names the role itself, since field trainers are often the people nobody thinks to thank. Add their company or department name, or the years they've trained new hires, and the shirt becomes a small acknowledgment of the work they put into other people's first weeks. A field trainer who has taught half a crew often gets a shirt passed around as a joke, so a little humor in the second line can help too.
