About this freelance director gift
A freelance director works without a studio behind them, which means they're often the one chasing the budget, booking the crew and fixing the schedule before any camera rolls. Their days jump between pitch meetings, location scouts and late-night edits, and the work is only as steady as the last project. A gift for them lands when it acknowledges that hustle. A tee with freelance director printed on it reads as a badge they've earned, not a generic joke. Add a second line for their production company or the reel they're proudest of, and it becomes something they'll wear on set. A hoodie works well for the cold location days and the long edit sessions in a dark room, and a mug is the one that keeps their coffee hot while they review cuts. Put their name on it and the gift feels like it was made for them.
