About this living manager gift
A living manager, or as most people in the trade would say, a living-facility manager, runs the day-to-day of a place where residents live, eat, and get their care. Their shifts are full of schedules, staff questions, family calls, and the small crises that come with an older building or a full dining room. Most of them go unthanked for long stretches, so a gift that says the job is seen tends to land. Think about what they carry home: keys, a phone that rarely stops, and a head full of tomorrow's staffing. A tee or hoodie with their title on it marks the role with pride, and a mug on the desk gives them a quiet moment of their own. Put their name on it, or the facility name if you know it, and the gift stops being generic and becomes theirs.
