About this machine finisher gift
A machine finisher works the end of the line in a print or packaging plant, where paper, labels or boxes come off the press and need to be trimmed, folded, bound or wrapped on time. The job means long shifts on concrete floors, ear protection, a lot of lifting, and the constant attention a machine needs before it jams or drifts out of spec. Most finishers learn by doing, from a lead who showed them how to set the knife or feed the folder, so the pride in the work is real even when nobody outside the plant knows what they do. A shirt or mug with their title on it tells them someone noticed. Put their name on it, or add the line they run, like bindery, folding or die-cut, and it becomes theirs. It's also a strong gift for a finisher who just passed a certification or hit a milestone year on the job.
