About this manager bench gift
A manager bench is the group of people a team leans on when things get busy, and the managers who sit on it often juggle schedules, budgets, and a dozen small fires before lunch. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little personal: something they can wear to the office, a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they make at 6 a.m., or a hoodie for the cold conference room. The best detail is the title itself. Adding the word manager, their team, or their department makes a shirt feel like it was made for their actual job rather than a generic office joke. If you're shopping for several people on the same bench, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name, which makes a nice way to mark a project or a promotion together. Ask a colleague what the bench is known for before you choose the wording, since the inside jokes are usually the part people keep.
