About this manager ed gift
A manager ed is someone who keeps the schedule, the staff and the inbox moving, usually while fielding questions from everyone at once. Their days run on meetings, one-on-ones and the small fires nobody else sees until they're out. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that load: a comfortable tee for the long office days, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so the coffee stays out of the shared kitchen cabinet. Putting their name or their team on the design makes it personal, and a second line for a team name or a year turns a generic work shirt into something they'll actually reach for. If you're buying for someone who leads a whole group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to thank the person who keeps everyone on track.
