About this manager orange gift
A manager orange is not a job title anyone would guess from the outside, so this word is usually a joke or a nickname that grew out of a team. Whoever this is, they probably spend their days keeping schedules, settling disputes and getting the people around them to agree on something. That kind of work is easy to overlook, and a gift that names it out loud tends to land well. A T-shirt or hoodie with the word on the front is the easiest route, and the second line is where you make it theirs: a team name, a store number, an office nickname, or the year they took the role. If they like a laugh, a mug works well for the break room, where the joke will get seen every morning. Keep the wording light and let the person's own quirks do the rest.
