About this manager welding gift
A welding manager usually started on the shop floor, grinding beads and reading prints before moving into scheduling, inspections and crew supervision. They spend part of their day in a hood and part of it on the phone with suppliers and clients, and the gifts they keep tend to acknowledge both halves of that. A tee for the shop, a hoodie for the cold mornings at the job site, or a mug for the office that has to survive a dozen coffee refills a day. Putting their title on it, Welding Manager, shows you understand what they actually do rather than just the trade in general. If you're buying for a whole crew or a team that reports to them, one design with every name on its own shirt is a practical way to say thanks. Many welding managers also work in the shop and the office, so a dark tee or hoodie that holds up to grease and sparks tends to get worn more than a showy one.
