About this mfg assoc gift
A manufacturing associate spends the shift on their feet, moving between lines, checking parts and keeping production on schedule. Most of them work in plants where the day starts early and the floor is loud, so the gifts they keep tend to be practical: a soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly loading dock, a mug that stays on their workstation. The word itself is short, so a little detail makes it theirs. Add their name, their shift, or the year they started on a second line. Many designs have room for that. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with everyone's name on their own shirt is a nicer way to say thanks than a sheet cake in the break room. Mfg assoc is also a common title for people just starting out in plant work, so a shirt or mug marking that first year can mean a lot.

- A mug for the workstationAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps coffee from walking off the break room counter.
