About this receiving coordinator gift
A receiving coordinator is the person who makes sure the right boxes land in the right place, checks the counts, and catches the damaged pallet before it becomes somebody else's problem. It's a job that mostly goes unnoticed until something goes missing, and that's exactly why a gift with their title on it tends to get a reaction. Warehouse and distribution people spend long shifts on their feet and in cold docks, so the things they keep are usually practical: a hoodie for the early-morning dock, a tee for the drive in, a mug that's clearly theirs in a break room full of shared cups. Put the title on it as they'd write it on a badge, and you've made a gift that says you understand what they actually do. If you're shopping for a whole receiving team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say thanks for the team effort, especially at the end of a busy quarter or peak season.
