About this recycle driver gift
Recycling drivers start early, often before the sun is up, running routes that take them past the same curbs week after week. They lift heavy bins, deal with weather that never cooperates, and know their route better than anyone at the depot. The gifts that land best with them are the ones made for a long, physical shift: a soft tee for the drive, a hoodie for the cold mornings on the truck, and a mug for the coffee they drink before the first stop. You can make it theirs by adding their title or their route number on a second line, so it reads as their job and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste every driver's name, so each person gets a shirt with their own name on it. A gift that shows you know what the work involves tends to be the one they keep wearing.
