About this science manager gift
A science manager usually spends the day balancing two jobs: keeping research moving and keeping the people doing it supported. Their week is a mix of lab meetings, budget conversations, grant deadlines and the occasional experiment gone sideways that they still have to explain to someone upstairs. A gift that acknowledges the managing side of the role tends to land better than a generic science shirt. Add their title on a tee or hoodie so it reads as theirs, and use a mug for the coffee that fuels the early meetings. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you put each person's name on one shared design, which makes a good thank-you when a project wraps up or the group hits a big milestone. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a lab name, a department or a year to make it specific.
