About this supervisor in charge gift
A supervisor in charge is the one who gets the call when the shift goes sideways, who covers the gap at 2 a.m. and who has to make the schedule work for everyone. They're often the first to arrive and the last to leave, and the credit tends to go to the team instead. A gift that acknowledges that role lands well: a tee for the commute or a hoodie for the chilly break room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the desk. Put the title on the front and, if it fits, the department, shift or site on the second line so it reads as their job and not a generic office shirt. If you're buying for a whole leadership group, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another round of coffee.
