About this transmission manager gift
A transmission manager usually sits between the sales floor, the parts counter and the shop floor, keeping track of which rebuilds are on schedule, which cores are back, and which customer is calling for the third time this week. It's a job that's easy to overlook until a car comes back on time, and most of the praise goes to the techs. A shirt or mug with their title on it gives them something that says the work counts. If they're on the shop floor or in the service drive every day, a dark tee holds up to grease and long shifts. The hoodie suits cold bays and early starts. A mug on their desk, with their name or the shop's name, is the one thing they'll see every time they reach for coffee. Add their name or the shop where they work to make it personal, and it becomes something they'll actually keep.
