About this working manager gift
A working manager is the person who runs the shift and still picks up the register, the tray, the mop or the spreadsheet when the schedule falls apart. They're usually the first to arrive and the last to leave, juggling a team, the customers and their own tasks at the same time. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that double duty. A dark tee they can wear to the floor without worrying about stains, a hoodie for the cold stockroom or the early open, or a mug for the few quiet minutes they get with coffee before the phone rings. Putting the word working manager on the front, with their store or team name or their own name on the second line, makes it theirs instead of a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with every manager's name printed on their own shirt.
