About this brooklyn gift
Brooklyn is a borough and a first name, so a gift with the word on it can mean two different things, and both are worth shopping for. If you're buying for someone named Brooklyn, a tee or hoodie with their name is the kind of thing a kid or teen actually reaches for, and it's easy to make theirs by adding a nickname, a birth year or a team number on the second line. For a new baby Brooklyn, a onesie is a sweet first keepsake, and a matching kids tee follows a year or two later. If you're shopping for someone who grew up in the borough, or who left and misses it, the same word works as a hometown wave: on a hoodie for a cold walk, or on a mug that sits on a desk in another time zone. Type the word you want, check the live preview, and adjust until it looks right.
