About this daviston gift
Daviston is a place name that most people outside the area won't recognize, so a shirt or mug with it on the front is usually a conversation starter. The person you're shopping for is likely someone who grew up there, moved away and carries it with them, or whose family still lives in town. A Daviston shirt is a quiet way to say where they're from without needing to explain it every time. Because the name is less familiar than a big city, the second line matters: a street, a school, a year they graduated or the years they lived there can turn a town name into their own history. For someone who has left, a mug on the kitchen counter is the everyday reminder of home. For someone still there, a hoodie for the cold months does the same job with more warmth.
