About this assembly manager gift
An assembly manager usually runs a line or a floor where people and machines build products on a schedule, so the day is measured in shift changes, output targets and the morning huddle where somebody has to explain why the numbers slipped. They know the floor better than anyone and they're often the first person called when a station goes down at two in the afternoon. A gift that fits that life is practical and a little bit proud: a sturdy tee for the plant floor, a hoodie for the chilly early shift, or a mug that stays on their desk through the planning meetings. Type assembly manager into the text box and the design carries the title they worked up to. If you know their line, shift or crew, add it on the second line so the shirt reflects their actual job. Many of these designs also come as kids tees and onesies, which can work for a family member proud of a parent who runs the floor.
