About this guadalupe gift
Guadalupe is a name with weight behind it. Many families give it in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the feast day on December 12 is a big one in plenty of households, so a gift with the name on it can carry real meaning. It's also a name people shorten in a dozen ways, Lupe, Lupita, Lupi, Guada, and the nickname often says more about who they are to you than the full name does. That's the first choice to make: the whole name, or the one you actually call them. Add a second line with a year, a title like Mamá or Abuela, or a birthday, and a plain shirt becomes theirs. Guadalupe is also the name of rivers, towns and counties across the country, so for someone who grew up in one, the word can double as hometown pride. Matching shirts and a name mug round out a family set.

- A name mug for the kitchenAn 11 oz mug with Guadalupe on it suits the abuela or tía whose coffee pot is always on, and it won't get mixed up with anyone else's.
- A onesie for a baby named GuadalupeIf the baby carries the name of a grandmother or great-aunt, a onesie with the name and birth year is a keepsake the whole family will want a photo of.
