About this manager testing gift
Testing managers spend their days making sure the product works before anyone else sees it, and they carry the stress of a release date without getting the credit when things ship well. They're usually the calm one in the room when a build fails at four on a Friday, and they track down edge cases that nobody else thought to check. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee for the office or the weekend, a hoodie for the cold commute or the late-night deploy, or a mug for the desk where the bug reports pile up. You can make it theirs by putting their name on the design or adding the team they lead. If you're shopping for a whole QA group, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better team gift than another round of coffee.
