About this project program manager gift
A project program manager is the person who keeps the schedule, the budget and the stakeholders from drifting apart, usually while everyone else is asking where things stand. They live in status meetings, risk logs and a stack of slide decks, and the gift that lands is the one that acknowledges that load. A tee for the office, a hoodie for the late-night launch, or a mug for the first coffee before the standup all work well. The shirt says what they do, but you can make it theirs by adding a second line with a team name, a program or a certification they earned, such as PMP if they hold it. If you're shopping for a whole program office, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to get more use than another round of donuts.
