Training Mgr Party Unicorn tee

About this training mgr gift

Training managers spend their days making other people good at their jobs, which means they're often the last person anyone thinks to thank. They run onboarding, build the schedules for new hires, sit through endless role-plays and still have to hit their own numbers. A gift that says they're the one who gets the team up to speed tends to land well, especially with the people who've passed through their sessions. Think about what the job actually looks like: a binder full of notes, a coffee going cold during a live demo, a laptop covered in sticky tabs. A mug or hoodie that makes the role visible works better than a generic work tee. Add their title or department on a second line, and it becomes a shirt that reads like an inside joke for anyone who's ever been trained by them. Training managers often get recognized at year-end reviews and team milestones, so those are natural times to give something.
