About this american foxhound gift
American Foxhounds are a rare sight compared with Labs and goldens, so the people who own one tend to be devoted to the breed. These are lean, long-legged hounds with a loud voice, built to run and to follow a scent for miles. Owners know the baying, the nose that drags them off the trail, and the way a foxhound claims the couch after a long day outside. A gift for that person works best when it's about their dog specifically. Put the dog's name under American Foxhound, or add a rescue date, a nickname or the kennel name if they have one. A tee covers the weekend hikes, a hoodie handles early-morning walks, and a mug sits beside the coffee pot where the dog is probably waiting for breakfast. You can also go smaller: a kids tee or a baby onesie lets the youngest member of the household claim the family hound.
All american foxhound gifts →- A tee with the dog's nameType American Foxhound on the main line and the dog's name underneath, so it reads like a team jersey for the one who runs the house.
- A hoodie for trail morningsFoxhounds need real exercise, so their owners spend a lot of cold mornings outside. A hoodie with the breed on it fits that routine.
- A mug for the coffee potAn 11 oz mug with American Foxhound and the dog's name makes a small, steady daily gift for someone who adores the breed.
- Kids tees and onesies for the family houndPick a kids tee or a baby onesie so the youngest family member has a shirt that says whose dog it is.
