About this balmorhea gift
Balmorhea is a small town in West Texas, out in the high desert near the Davis Mountains, and the people who grew up there or left and came back tend to carry that place with them. The landscape is wide and dry and quiet, and a shirt with the town name is often the simplest way for someone to say where they're from. For a person who moved away, a Balmorhea mug is the morning reminder of home, and a hoodie works well for the cold desert nights that come even in summer. For a kid growing up there, a kids tee or baby onesie with the town name starts the family history early. Since the town is small, a shirt with its name will likely be an uncommon find, and that's part of the appeal. Add a second line with a year, a family name or the person's own name, and the design becomes about their connection to the place.
