About this bangor gift
Bangor is a small city on the Penobscot River in Maine, the kind of place where people know each other by sight and where a shirt with the city name reads as pride rather than tourism. Bangor people tend to be proud of the river, the trees and the long Maine winters that make a good hoodie a practical gift as well as a sentimental one. Many people from Bangor move away for school or work and keep the connection through what they wear and drink from. A tee or mug that says Bangor is a quick way to say you remember where they're from. You can add a second line for a neighborhood, a high school class year or a family name, and the preview shows you the spacing before you order. For someone who has been gone a while, a Bangor mug on the morning coffee counter is the small reminder that home is still there.
