About this barista gift
Baristas work long shifts on their feet, often before the sun is up, and they spend their days making drinks for people who mostly never say thank you properly. A gift that acknowledges the craft lands well. A mug is the obvious one, since they'll see it every morning and it's the drink they're making all day. A hoodie helps on the cold opening shift, and a soft tee suits the one they wear behind the counter. Put barista on the design, or add the shop's name or their own name on a second line so it feels like theirs. Many baristas also get asked by coworkers for a shirt that matches their unit of the job, so a team order can be a fun way to celebrate a crew. The more personal the detail, the more it'll get worn.
