About this betterton gift
Betterton is a small town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and the people who grew up there tend to stay connected to it, whether they still live down the road or have moved to a bigger city. A shirt with the town name is how they claim it at a family reunion, a homecoming, or a trip back to see relatives. Because Betterton is small, a design with the town name and a second line for a street, a family or a class year gives the gift a personal edge that a generic town shirt can't match. Hoodies suit cool evenings and a return visit in the off-season, and a mug with the town name is a quiet daily reminder for someone who misses it. For a kid who's just starting to learn where they're from, a kids tee or a baby onesie with Betterton on it makes a sweet first souvenir. If you're not sure how much the recipient wants to show off, a mug or a light tee is a safe place to start.
