Red Cedar Rapids dark tee

About this cedar rapids gift

Cedar Rapids people tend to be proud of their town in a quiet, practical way. It's a city on the Cedar River in eastern Iowa, the kind of place where people grew up, stayed for the jobs and the schools, and still root for the local teams from wherever they've ended up. A Cedar Rapids shirt is how they say so without making a speech. It works for a homecoming weekend, a Fourth of July parade, or the first day of a new job in a bigger city where they're the one with the Iowa accent. Someone who moved away will likely treasure a mug with the city name for their morning coffee, a reminder of the river and the winters. For a family that's stayed put, a hoodie for the chilly fall football nights is a gift they'll actually wear. Add a second line with a neighborhood, a street or a graduation year, and the design turns from a souvenir into a piece of their own story.
