About this director outreach gift
A director of outreach usually sits between an organization and the people it serves, so most of their week goes to phone calls, community events, partner meetings and drafting the next appeal. They tend to carry a lot of goodwill around with them, and they're often the one who remembers everyone's name at the event. A gift for them lands when it acknowledges that work without making it a joke. A soft tee they can wear to a volunteer day, a hoodie for the chilly evening events, or a mug for the desk where the planning happens all fit that life. Put their title on it as the main line, and add the organization's name or their own first name on the second line if you want it to feel personal. If you're buying for a whole outreach team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a good way to mark a busy year together.
