About this director qa gift
A QA director usually sits between engineering, product and the customer, and their days are spent turning vague 'it feels broken' reports into test plans, release gates and hard conversations about what ships. They tend to be the calmest person in the room during a bad launch, and the one who quietly stayed late to finish the regression suite. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A soft tee for the Friday standup, a hoodie for the cold office or the long weekend on call, or a mug they can claim during the all-hands. Add their title on a second line, or the team or product they lead, and the shirt becomes a little inside joke only their colleagues will catch. Many shoppers also like pairing a mug with a tee, so the desk and the commute both carry the reminder that somebody on the team is watching out for quality.
