About this franklinton gift
Franklinton is a small place name, and I don't know its history well enough to say much about it, so this page is mostly about the people who'd wear it. Someone who grew up in Franklinton, or whose family is from there, usually carries the name the way other people carry a school or a sports team. A shirt or mug with the town on it is a quick way to say where they're from, and it works just as well for someone who moved away and still gets homesick for the place. For the grad heading off to college, a hoodie with the town and graduation year tells everyone where they started. For a parent who's always talking about their hometown, a mug with the name gives them something to hold while they tell the story again. You can add a second line for a street, a school, a year, or a family name, so the design starts to feel like theirs rather than a generic town souvenir.
