About this is manager gift

Managers carry a lot that never shows up on a schedule: the calls that come in during dinner, the staffing puzzle on Sunday night, and the team member who needs a day off you're still trying to cover. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little proud, the kind of thing they'll wear on a casual Friday or pour coffee into at a desk that's always a little too busy. Put the word manager on a tee, a hoodie or an 11 oz mug and it becomes their title, not a generic office item. For more specificity, use the second line for their department, shift or store, or add the year they took the role. If you're buying for a whole management team or a group of shift leads, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better thank-you than another round of donuts.
